Permission to start Holy Cross by Bishop Antoun

September 28, 1989

Fathers Peter Gillquist and Paul Doyle sent recommendations to his Eminience, Metropoiltan PHILIP, who agreed to allow Holy Cross to proceed  with possible establishment of a mission church.
